Complex decisions usually live in scattered notes, chat threads, and half-remembered conversations. There's no durable record of what was considered, what was decided, or whether the follow-up ever happened.

The approach
A structured decision platform, not a chatbot: a decision becomes a Case with Evidence, goes through Board review and Meetings, and produces Resolutions and Human Decisions captured as Decision Records — with Action Items, Conditions, and Follow Up so decisions stay accountable after they're made.
